We are a female-led boutique music management company focused on building long-term, sustainable careers for female-identifying and gender diverse artists.

We work primarily within the pop and dance music space, supporting talent across creative and commercial growth. Our approach is hands-on, strategic, and rooted in long-term artist development and transparency. 

Beyond management, we aim to host community events that bring together female music professionals; creating space for connection, collaboration, and a more inclusive future for the industry.
